Charles Holston, Inc. and Preheat announce consolidated Utah-based location
CARENCRO, La. – June 29, 2021 – OMNI Environmental Solutions’ Rockies-based environmental transportation and equipment companies have consolidated operations into a single Rockies location as part of a collaborative effort aimed at reducing operating costs in line with activity declines.
With the consolidation, CHI’s Roosevelt, Utah, location will provide environmental transportation and equipment rentals, including Preheat’s fully equipped, winterized conex set-up. Preheat has closed its Rock Springs, Wyoming, yard.

The consolidated location will increase efficiency, reduce costs and lower cash operating expenses in line with activity declines.
